Proposed reduction in ranks from 24 to 16

The community leaders are proposing a "reduction in ranks" from 24 ranks to 16 ranks. Attached is a chart showing the suggested changes and those affected. Your input is strongly requested either in the community event channel on Discord and/or you are all invited to the 12/11/22 admin meeting. Unless there are strong objections, it is anticipated these changes will go in effect hopefully in January. If you have any questions, please post them here or pm them to a general or commander of your choice. Again, we are proposing to reduce the number of ranks from 24 to 16 as follows:
