Teamspeak Changes, The L-Ranks

As part of an ongoing project that began in the Officer's Board we are revamping the powers on Teamspeak to match according to rank, and we are doing away with the L ranks altogether to keep things more simple.

So do not panic or ragequit when you see that your L-rank is gone on Teamspeak, pretty much all the powers that were on it are set to your Rank as well as some new powers that were not, and will be explained later on.
