Promoting Members

Hey guys, if you feel like someone is doing a great job and deserves a promo don't be afraid to vote for them ( as long as you follow the guidelines for promotions)

I feel like it shouldn't just only be generals / officers voting for people or putting people up for promo's if you feel like someone has earned it put them up.

Same goes negging peoples promos. if you feel like someone does not deserve a promo for reasons feel free to neg them.(For example if someone was BM in game, high dsl.) Personal reasons for negging someone will not be tolerated or justified and will be dealt with.
