Diablo 2 Recruiters!!

Okay first off you are all doing a fine job recruiting congrats. secondly when you recruit a new emmber it is your duty to not only show them around and be there clan mentor but also rush them and help them understand the clan and there console. Quantity of recruits is great but its quality thats valued greatly so please take the time and think about who your recruiting and if they will be a good fit for the clan. do not just rush through a recruitment process because you want another recruit. thank you and please keep these things in mind recruiters.
