Major General Castigate(OD) promoted Chief Warrant Officer CWO4 Bedr(OD) to Second Lieutenant for I personally along with a few other people you more then deserve this rank. I have permission from a Commander to do this as well. Drew, you are a insane Warrant Officer. You help out with rushes, Gubers, Chaos and Baals. You know how to recruit and have a very mature atittude. Congrats on making it this far and Good luck on all future promotions! on Thu Dec 25, 2008 11:53 PM
