The new powers are a privledge and can be taken away! Do NOT just promote people because you can, do NOT promote everyone that is eigible.Make sure you know that person deserves his/her promo, days isnt everything.

As you know yesterday was the last day to back up your files before we deleted the files on the upload system, well they are gone now, ChoBo did tell me to leave all files that were uploaded after Jan. 3rd 2004.
