Tonight's General Meeting
Tonight we had a generals meeting, as many of you may know.
We discussed a few topics.
About Xtreme(OD)
We have discussed Xtreme(OD)'s possible return to OverDosed. Many of us generals have decided to not allow him to return to OverDosed. His off and on activity is a problem and we dont need that around here, granted he says he has been active the past three weeks, his attitude towards me and the rest of the commanders is quite unacceptable, the generals have voted to NOT allow him to return.
Current Generals
I've told those who have went to the meeting that there inactivity to their general responsiblities is not acceptable. In the next month or so, we will be discussing ideas of possibly giving each general a specific job, and if he/she does not do their job in a responible manner, he/she will be subject to a demotion.
I've also decided, due to the lack of activity by the generals as a whole, none of them are getting a promotion this time around. I feel no one has deserved the right to get a promotion among the general ranks.
As much as I dont want to point someone out in this position, we have decided that SolidSnake(OD) will be recieving a one rank demotion as a warning to increase his activity among the clan. I also want to say let this be a warning to the rest of the generals, if you are not active you will find yourself in the same position.
NEW GENERALS
However, a few colonels have shown they deserve a generals position, therefore as time permits, Colonel IVIano(OD) and Colonel Bloody(OD) will be recieving promotions to the general ranks. Congrats to these new generals!
Diablo 2 Squads
The Diablo 2 squads of our clan have been quite well, screwed lately. Due to resignations and disablements, both squads were left without leadership. General Botooh(OD) took over for the time being, however we have decided apon the USEast D2x Squad Leaders and USWest D2x Squad Leaders. Within the next week, we will be deciding about the D2x Elite Leader. Also, the D2x forum will be split up much like the World of Warcraft forum is, US East and US West will each have their own forum.
We have decided that Budwieser(OD) will now be Commanding Officer of the USEast D2x squad, if he chooses to accept this position. We have also decided that GaCan(OD) will be his Executive Officer for the USEast D2x Squad.
The USWest D2x squad will be ran by G(OD), he however is not of rank to hold a squad, therefore Botooh(OD) will hold this position until he earns rank to offically take over the USWest D2x Squad.
Medal of Honor
Woot go me, I was awarded the medal of honor by Shraps(OD) today. < /end gloating. >
Clan Expectation Policy
This will be the first amendment to our "constitution". We have discussed a problem among ourselfs in the generals only forum about members expecting something out of OverDosed but they are not meeting their end of the deal. The following policy is as followed
If you are a member of Clan OverDosed, you shall NOT expect any sort of reward and/or privelage if you do not act like you are apart of OverDosed. What this means is, if you are playing on Battle.net and do not wear the OverDosed tag then you have no reason to expect and gain any sort of promotions and/or medals. This also applies to Counter-Strike players and World of Warcraft players. If you are a CS player and do not wear your clan name while playing on our public counter-strike server then do not expect promotions/medals from anyone in this clan. If you play World of Warcraft and do no have a character in one of our sanctioned OverDosed guilds, then do not expect promotions/medals. In simple terms, you dont play with the clan and/or support our clan's tag then dont expect anything from the clan. If you want to gain anything from OD, you have to act like your apart of OD.
