Public News Upload System redone and finished

Upload system is fully working again, it was even redone to work with the website's layout and all that good stuff.

Also the private message system images were fixed, they happen to get deleted when ChoBo was clearing some webspace.

Just click "Upload File" for the new and improved upload system.

Everyone is encouraged to re upload all there files so you will be a able to use the new feature "Manage My Files" correctly. If you uploaded anything before Oct. 17th it is highly suggested you do this .

A very good tip is to download your file. Then remove MyName.OD. from the file name (basically rename it and remove it) and then re upload the file via console. Then you will be able to manage all your files from the console, and yes you are now able to delete your own files if you want to

BTW If you need a old file deleted soo you can re upload your files, CONTACT ME PRIVATELY!!! I would like to remove all files before Oct. 17th within the next week if possible
