Public News AFK and Chat Crafting in East

I was just on tonight and in Clan OD east channel i tried for close to 45 minuets to an hour to get a rw started and no one would join we had close to 20 od members in the channel half were afk and the other half just cared about chatting and fighting. BM, Afk, and Chatcrafting is becoming a serious problem i know the generals have posted countlessly on this but this is getting ridiculous we get the forums back and now no one wants to game, all they want to do is fight over whos BMing and whos a "NEWB". ODr members who need votes arent even trying to get votes anymore, ive seen so much chat craffting and afk in Clan OD east that its ridiculous, i dont know if we need to close forums again, or set something that regulates time in channel. If you have any comments on this issue, Message me, I would like to see this end. Our Clan is getting a bad reputation do to this kind of Bs. Either play or go to a different channel when your on Sc!
