It seems to be some confusion on bot access

OK guys, let me clarify the bot access for you guys.

Yes there are a few changes.

Generals
All Generals = 90 on bot


Officers
All Officers = 65 on bot


Warrant Officers
All Warrant Officers = 60 on bot


Enlisted
All Enlisted = 0 on bot

A few rules.
1) Your access will be giving to you by a general.
2) YOu will only get the access privilege only on your (OD) name. No smurf names, but it can be with an approval of a general.
3) Do NOT use the .say command just for the heck of it ok? Ive seen many of the members doing that, and it's just so annoying.
4) Kick someone for warning first before banning, unless someone is a straight up a$$.
5) Enlisted will NOT be set on bot, and ONLY generals can modify that. But up the 60 is the highest. GEnerals, just dont add anyone unless you know that person can be trusted.

haha yes no one bses anymore its just like there to be there...but i just bsed hehe with fowl ^^

and i would like to me on the tourney staff? because umm i havent been able to make tourneys really? and i would like to make some...i was before.. i have like 3 on the tournaments page..that is like the most anyone has on there... i thikn we need to make tourneys more active
