Public News Bot Access

Lately I have been noticing that many enlisted ranks are getting access to the bots and are abusing them. Example , I was in the channel and people would tell a random person to say "food sucks" and the bot bans them fo saying "OD sucks" also they try to ban if you get a small argument about anything and when you try to ban them for BMing you they are safe listed and wont let you. Now I dont know why you would safe list an Enlisted person which you cant really trust. This should stop because it really is getting out of hand.
