Ive been reading along the members list and Ive noticed a lot of people are not being loyal and too lazy to login every seven days.
I think they should be properly dealt with considering the rules.

I am just trying to help our clan out...and making it look like a better clan so that if someone is lookin to join they dont see that some of the members are not being loyal.

i dont want to contridict in what your saying but hacking is allowed on smurfs but dont do it anywhere or a server that is related with od. and if you are in the server with your tag then thats where shit will hit the fan.

You'd think it'd be a common sense rule, but apparently not. I was just reading some of the posts, I never saw a definite answer, what's the policy on Botting in WoW. Once someone has had 3 or 4 L60s, but I guess now L70s, leveling another is just flat out boring. You may want a L70 Warlock as well, or a Priest, whatever the case may be so instead of hours of work just to get him high enough to raid you can continue working on your others and have him leveled @ night. So I was wondering what the policy was on it, is it still considered "cheating" to bot for the sole purpose of leveling it for your own fun, not even a benefit (benefit meaning putting you at a better advantage than the others), just for fun.

yea but botting is not hacking, all it does is auto click for your.

Hacking is where it gives u super natural powers, or just gives u advantages (Auto aim, run faster, fast knives, reveal maps on rts and rpgs, and all the other good stuff, oh and see through walls on cs.)

so of course theres a big difference.

Botting is hackings because you can leave the bot on while your gone for days and come back to be level 70, thats not cheating to your own advantage giving you "super powers"

I always thought hacking was any illegal 3rd party program that Blizzard rules (and steam) forbids.

If you bot on WoW, your surely to get banned sooner or later.

D2x - No hacking is allowed except for maphacking for Mf/rushing.
CS - Absolutely no hacking is allowed, on any name or account, with or without OD tags, in a CAL tourney or friendly match. (Hawk/someone else confirm this?)
WoW - No hacking is allowed except for botting for levels.

R.ag or a D2 general, please answer Memory's question on D2 MH's for questing.

Frogger, back-stabbing, money maps, and fastest possible maps *are* allowed on a smurf name, but hacking *is not* allowed on a smurf name for BW. It's true that it's very unlikely you'd get caught hacking on a smurf name on bnet, but if you are, you *will* be disabled. I don't know about the other games, but for anyone who wants to hack on a smurf name on WC3, D2x, or CS, check with a general for that game first.

In real life if a law is made because someone is doing something wrong, that person is not titled to be punished by it because it was done BEFORE the rule was made.

Thus since u did it BEFORE the rule was made that now there is ABSOLUTLY no hacking, you a in the clear as long as you get rid of the mh (or don't get caught ;) )

Just talked to R.ag; **ABSOLUTELY NO** hacking is allowed, including D2 maphacks for questing. Zaldar, it has always been a rule that no hacking is allowed -- if you look on our website, pages that haven't been modified in the past year and more say that no hacking is allowed, without stating any exceptions. However, it certainly hasn't been made clear to everyone that gray-area hacks like maphacks are also not allowed, so no, Memory will not be disabled for that as long as he doesn't use mh's in the future. Consider it made completely clear now.

I'm just saying the old rule used to be on non-OD account it's fine. I don't hack, nor do I plan to hack, but I don't see why it's a problem, I mean, unless you have your smurf posted on the site it's impossible to catch on d2, w3x, and bw, thus being impossible to enforce.

I dont have the time nor the patience to perform any act that involves exploring the D2 World without a HackMap. Therefore, there is no way I will stop using it when I rush members of OverDosed. You can say what you want, its not going to happen. Have you ever played Diablo? Without a HackMap, a rush would take about an hour and getting a character to level 80 alone would take AGES. Its almost unthinkable?

Look at it this way-
probably over 80% of D2X players use or have a HackMap. It is a part of the game.

All I want to say is that some rules are meant to be bent. And some of rules that I see are ridiculously strict and non-sense...

I played D2 many years ago, and it certainly is hard to play without map hack. Although you can do it without it, but it will take many many hours to complete it.

I think OD's old rule of non-OD accounts should be able to do whatever they want. It's not part of OD so OD rules don't apply to it.

Dude i don't use map hack and i grush people ez. so what if it takes an hour? and i can lvl my char 1-80 in 2 hours if i wanted. lvling your char has nothing to do with maphack because you just join an uber lvl game or chaos or baal. simple!
