Public News Bad Mouth Members (GRR!!!!)

Ok guys... I am gettin REALLY fed up with the Bad Mouthing Members that have been recruited... they are ALL friggen recruits or Enlisted, and I was wondering if we could just demote them as a warning, and after 2 demotions then just disble them? this would probly cut back on the amount of BM members... and if they dont stop, to heck with em! Ban em! Disable em! GET RID OF EM!!!
